Tara Reid first appeared in commercials for television while still a small child. Her big break came when Tara Reid made an appearance on Saved by the Bell: The New Class. American Pie - a cult flick about sexual encounters between teens - was Reid's first big break in Hollywood. Her role as Vicky, the virgin, made her an attractive appearance. This was just a wasted time. Reid was unable to become big in Hollywood with movies such as Josie and the Pussycats. This was an unsatisfactory comeback for her career. She had a small part in American Pie 2, but the film did not help. Reid has more fame for her work as a fashion stylist as well as a party-goer more than an actress. The reason for this is her on-screen mistakes, publicized plastic surgery and a myriad of other blink-and miss performances.
